Founded in 2005 by Chicago native Mike Reynolds, Chicago Sump Pump Pros began as a one-man operation responding to basement flooding emergencies across the city. After witnessing firsthand how devastating water damage could be for homeowners, Mike made it his mission to provide reliable, affordable sump pump solutions.

Today, we’ve grown into Chicago’s most trusted sump pump service company with a team of 12 licensed technicians, but we’ve never lost our commitment to personalized service and community values.
